I am a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Mathematics,
Statistics and Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago. .I received my Ph.D. from Princeton in 1965. After
doing postdoctoral work at Courant Institute and NASA, I came to the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1970, where I have
been ever since except for visiting positions in Oxford, Paris and Chile.
I am an A.S.A. and have taught actuarial review courses for
15 years.
Since the Spring of 1999, I have been teaching online courses
for Exam 151, Exam 1, Exam 3, Course P and Course M.
I have published study guides for Course 151,
Course 1,Course 3, Course P and Course M.
